Public bug reported:

Currently, the command for synaptic is this in the menu:

gksu /usr/sbin/synaptic

This is wrong. It should be:

gksu -D /usr/share/applications/synaptic.desktop /usr/sbin/synaptic

What does this change? Well if you don't know, when the GKSU pops up, it
will say Synaptic Package Manager between its quotes, not
/usr/sbin/synaptic. This will be a little more cleaner and less
confusing. The other GKSU applications have already implemented this, so
why not Synaptic?
