Maybe an error occurs while downloading the package.
If it's still an issue, can you please open a terminal and run the following
commands and
report if it helps:
$ sudo apt-get clean
$ sudo apt-get install --reinstall linux-restricted-modules-2.6.24-19-generic
linux-headers-2.6.24-19
If it's not an issue anymore then you can close the report.
