The installation of wesnoth-all with recommends enabled is about 163MB here
(only counting wesnoth* packages), so this would reduce the download from 163MB
to 155MB, which is a 5%.

I don't think removing campaigns from the default installation is a good idea,
and even worse if it only reduces the download by a 5%. Furthermore, you can
avoid recommends if you want.

wesnoth-all was created with the intention that everything was installed with
it. So let's not remove packages now :)
