UPDATE - Problem Solved ( at least for me )... I put radeonhd video driver instead of Update-Manager chosen driver. It works.
But the problem is still HOT because the Update-Manager ( during upgrade process ) don't recognize my RadeonHD so he chose for me a wrong driver >>> then the blank screen and the rest ....
