<james_w> Yagisan: actually, can you tell me if you have /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf <Yagisan> james_w, when I removed that file you asked for (this morning) I got networking back. I just did a quick check by touching a blank file there - and networiking went down again <persia> Which file? <Yagisan> /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf <persia> That should only be there if network manager is installed. <Yagisan> it was at one stage. long long ago. <persia> If `touch /etc/NetworkManager/nm-system-settings.conf` is enough to break it, the check is clearly wrong. <james_w> Yagisan: ok, so it is the issue
