Binary package hint: kile
In KDE4 Okular is the Document Viewer replacing kpdf, kghostview, kdvi
(...?) . Kile (2.0.1) ships without View configurations for okular yet.
The user can simply create them on their own (Settings -> Configure Kile
-> Tools -> Build, select the desired View element and add an okular
configuration), however it would be nicer if kile would be ready to use
without this.
