Got some more details for this issue. With the 2.6.27-7 kernel I'm
getting:

[ 199.017774] attempt to access beyond end of device
[ 199.017779] sda: rw=32, want=687096849, limit=66055248
[ 199.017784] EXT3-fs error (device sda3): ext3_get_inode_loc: unable to read
inode block - inode=20029441, block=80117762

I'm also getting:

    5.436352] sda: sda1 sda2 sda3

[ 5.450783] sd 0:0:0:0: [sda] Attached SCSI disk

[ 5.518241] Buffer I/O error on device sda3, logical block 91907864
[ 5.518299] attempt to access beyond end of device
[ 5.518351] sda: rw=0, want=781417665, limit=66055248

If I use the 2.6.24-19 kernel I have no issues at all.

Some additional information... Not sure if it's helpful.
