I resolved my error and added this information to the new log, I hope
that was the correct thing to do.
Update:
Updateing as I logged duplicate issue
(https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/281418)
I rebuilt my PC to KUBUNTU 7.10 and rerun:
kdesudo "adept_manager --dist-upgrade-devel"
Upgraded to 8.10 without any further problems.
