read from delldirect that this can be fixed with BIOS update.
My mistake then.
How can I close this bug?

** Description changed:
upgraded to linux-2.6.27-7 from linux-2.6.27-5 and system Fan on bottom Left
corner is making too much noise.
So I downloaded a daily build of Intrepid beta dated 12th oct, and gave a
clean installation. But still the problem continues.
It run in full speed as if system is overheated for few sec, and silent for a
sec, again it runs. But if I reboot to windows, no issue there.
+ My Machine : Dell XPS m1330.
