is the error message the same ("Freezing failed after 20 seconds. 1 task
refused to freeze: khubd")?
I cannot say anything about Vista on my Laptop, but in my case it seems to be
no hardware issue.
I never had any hardware related problems for over 3 years.
I tried vanilla 2.6.24, 2.6.25 and 2.6.26 kernels and also Debian Lenny
2.6.26-1. All those kernels were able to suspend without any problems.
Only Ubuntu kernels make trouble.
