I only have the Ubuntu OpenOffice.org. What do you need me to do to try the alternative?
Getting an instance of a font of this sorts costs about $25, is there no expenses fund that could buy this for you? I would have thought Canonical should have a fund to enable maintainers to undertake tests for this sort of blocking bug. And I must reemphasize this is a blocking bug: the OOo font handling is not allowing me to use fonts that render fine in Gnome. I assume OOo has its own font handling rather than using the Gnome one (because is need to be platform independent. Let me know what you need me to try and I will see if I can do the needed experiments. -- OpenOffice.org 2.4 refuses to render ITC Stone Sans https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/259325 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
