Probably not. The fixes were made to a component that didn't exist back in
KDE3. :(
You could always install dolphin-kde4 from the Kubuntu KDE4 ppa for use in
Hardy. That way you don't have to install all of KDE4 and you don't have to
upgrade to Intrepid.
Anyway, closing as fixed since a fix has been made for Intrepid.
