I can reproduce this bug in Xubuntu Hardy 8.04.01 with all updates. Open Xemacs
in a terminal, hit maximize.
The tab bar immediately starts flashing, and only stops when I hit the Maximize
button again. I did get the following error message in the Terminal when I quit
Xemacs:
"Warning: Missing charsets in String to FontSet conversion"
I don't know if this is related.
