* s/Gnome/GNOME in gnome-open man page.
* Drop "Reporting bugs" section in gnome-open man page; people should just
report bugs to their distro's bug tracker, and that doesn't need to be
repeated in distro specific man pages.
* Fix escaping of "-" in "--help" in gnome-open man page.
