attachments, both with and without AC power:

hal-find-by-capability --capability "battery" | xargs -n 1 hal-device
hal-find-by-capability --capability "ac_adapter" | xargs -n 1 hal-device
Please also specifically describe the contents of the tooltip in both
conditions (provide screenshots if possible).
