Public bug reported:
1.On testing beta Ubuntu 8.10 , I find that system fails to carry out
proxy server authentication and reports that proxy server is refusing
connection.
2. in Ubuntu 8.10 beta firefox opens with its menu bar hiden under
toolbar of Ubuntu 8.10. Somehow the browser does not fits in the frame
correctly in part screen mode . If we pull the toolbar from top to
bottom and put firefox in full screen mode then only the menu bar of
browser is correctly shown.
