Hi Bryce, Unfortunately I don't have the same hardware had when first reported this bug. For that reason, or others, I don't experience this bug anymore. Now on my two computers (one with an nvidia card and other with a radeon 3740 using fglrx) I don't have any problems with slow scrolling in browsers.
