Binary package hint: thunderbird
When I open Thunderbird (TB) (v2.0.0.17) I see that the program checks
the e-mail on the server and then keeps running a process that uses a
small percentage of the CPU (~10%). The icon on TB shows it is doing
something and never stops. Runing from terminal doesn't give any output.
(1) Ubuntu: 8.04
(3) I expected TB to check the e-mail and not execute any process after that.
In doubt, I checked as a possible security vulnerability.
