This happen every time when my laptop Asus A6Ja/dualboot with WIN XPSP2/
starts up.
step by step
Turn ON A6Ja
choose operating system from Grub menu
time approx 2-5min waiting for booting Edgy
enter name and password
then jump pop up message in the middle of the screen and Network manager
could not start because some components not be found
Im just solve this problem with uninstalling network manager.
