Crash is not in Qt, but in

0xb7ec8ddd in block_FifoGet (p_fifo=0xb0ca7a58) at ../include/vlc_threads.h:320
        b = (block_t *) 0x0

Demuxer seems at fault in ts.c

I cannot reproduce though...
