Public bug reported: I have installed intrepid on various machines and just tested on three of them: only one has a 'last successful boot' entry in menu.lst, and even on this machine, there is neither a /boot/last-good-boot directory nor /lib/modules/last-good-boot; GRUB just says 'file not found' if I use 'last successful boot'
according to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelTeam/removing-old-kernels , last-good-boot is implemented fully in Intrepid/8.10 is it? ** Affects: grub (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- no 'last good boot' entry in GRUB menu https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/284210 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
