I finally resolved the problem. I have also had another libXft and libfreetype in my /usr/local. Eliminating the library of the application from my path solved all my conflicts with the remaining applications. Using the recommendation of treviño I performed an alias to my non-ubuntu-application, using its library. And now everything it's working.
