_unverified:_ According to http://www.heise.de/newsticker/Kernel-Log-Was-2-6-28-bringt-1-ATA-Unterstuetzung-und-Block-Layer--/meldung/117494 and http://git.kernel.org/?p=linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux-2.6.git;a=commit;h=f615b48cc7df7cac3865ec76ac1a5bb04d3e07f4 the limitation has been dropped. Can anyone confirm? Especially if the refered kernel is already packaged.
