Based on comments from the original submitter, I'm marking this as fixed for
intrepid. If you have anything other than the chipset of the original submitter
Intel Corporation 82830 CGC [Chipset Graphics Controller] rev 3 [chip
8086,3577 card 1179,ff00]
then please file a separate bug report and provide an Xorg.log file showing the
problem on intrepid.
