Public bug reported: Since the upgrade to edgy madwifi support is broken for me. After modprobe ath_pci the ath0 device only exists for a few seconds and is the deleted.

NetworkManager does not work either. The hardware is a t41p. A friend of mine runs exactly the same setup and has no problems, so this might be a configuration issue. Unfortunately the log files are not very chatty about the problem.
