Here is everything. Note that I haven't yet restarted the machine after the upgrade:
I started "update-manager -d", and after it broke I used "aptitude dist- upgrade" to continue the upgrade. But I had to leave (it's my work machine and it got late) and I didn't restart it in case something goes wrong during the reboot. This was taken via ssh. I won't get near the machine until Monday. ** Attachment added: "archive of /var/log/dist-upgrade/*" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/18632312/dist-upgrade-logs.tgz ** Changed in: update-manager (Ubuntu) Status: Incomplete => New -- update-manager doesn't disable apt-get during a system upgrade https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/283892 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
