Thanks for your comment and concern Ricardo. There are many Nvidia users
who do not experience this issue, and the feeling I get is it's only a
small fraction of users that get this problem. I spoke with mvo a while
ago asking if this bug should be release critical for Intrepid, but this
doesn't appear to be a high-impact bug and it has a simple workaround. I
share your concern about the impact of this issue on new users with
Intrepid, but I don't believe there are enough users experiencing this
problem to warrant changing the human-theme titlebar for everyone
(remember also that we are now in FinalFreeze).
Since there have only been reports of this issue on Nvidia hardware (ATI
and Intel seem to be unaffected), I'm opening a task for nvidia-
graphics-drivers-177 (experienced the problem with 177 and 173).
