I don't say there is anything wrong with them, but I don't think it is an appropriate name for a theme. If it was translated there would be no problem, but currently the theme's name is not translated in any language at all. It isn't even possible to translate it in launchpad. So unless this suddenly gets translated in many languages somehow, I would suggest renaming it at least for intrepid.
