Public bug reported:
tex4ht, at least when using the oolatex part of it, uses dvipng to
create graphics. If dvipng is not present, the resulting OpenOffice
Writer file will be missing its graphics, even though tex4ht doesn't
complain.
If the tex4ht package depended on dvipng, this would not be an issue.
