Description:
For previously added widgets, Add Widgets window does not update running
widgets.
To Reproduce:
Add a trashcan widget to desktop and close the add widgets window. Now open the
Add Widgets window again and close the trashcan widget. The Add Widget window
will still show that one instance of the widget is running.
