Corrupt as in I can't uudecode the file:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/t$ ls
GSI_ro.sdf.bz2.uu
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/t$ uudecode GSI_ro.sdf.bz2.uu
uudecode: GSI_ro.sdf.bz2.uu: Short file

Then I looked a bit further just now and it says this:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/t$ file GSI_ro.sdf.bz2.uu
GSI_ro.sdf.bz2.uu: bzip2 compressed data, block size = 900k

So it somehow automagically decoded it for me when I downloaded it with
wget?

And then bunzip2 says this:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/t$ bunzip2 GSI_ro.sdf.bz2

bunzip2: Compressed file ends unexpectedly;
perhaps it is corrupted? *Possible* reason follows.
bunzip2: No such file or directory
        Input file = GSI_ro.sdf.bz2, output file = GSI_ro.sdf

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.

bunzip2: Deleting output file GSI_ro.sdf, if it exists.
