Thank you for your report. This is not really a bug at least not with
the documentation, rather the way this particular document is written.
The "Ubuntu - Linux for Human Beings!" text is an article whereas the
"About the name" is a section one.
This means that as the navigation menu generated at the bottom of the
screen is working correctly, the last section displays no forward link
and the first displays itself.
