Public bug reported:

When I try to shutdown my edgy-system from the KDE by klicking thr right
mouse button and choosing "florian abmelden" and then "rechner
ausschalten" (in english it would be like "logout florian" and then
"shutdown computer" or something like this) the screen becomes black but
nothing more happens. The computer doesn't shut down and the shutdown
scripts are not executed. The whole behaviour is more like a crash of
the x-server. Neither a switch to a console is possible. Everything is
locked.

A shutdown is only available by ending the session and choosing
"shutdown" in the login menu. Then the computer shuts down correctly.

What is wrong here?

Florian
