Public bug reported:
I have a HP dv2935la, with Ubuntu Intrepid Ibex beta.
Expected: When I mute the sound, all sounds (main speakers and
headphones whichever connected) should be muted.
Actual: Sound coming out of the headphone jacks (I have two) is not
affected at all. When I use the main speakers, they are affected as they
should.
I tried all the different output device in System->Preferences->Sound
