The latest update for gstreamer-good introduced the problem again.
My webcam isn't working with cheese (gstreamer) any more.

* New version sync on Debian
* debian/patches/10_fedora-use_libv4l.patch:
- add libv4l support
* debian/build-deps.in:
- build-depends on libv4l-dev
