Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox-3.0

1) When i try to make new bookmark by dragging site icon from address
bar, a tooltip appears: "This site is verified by: ... " for HHTPS sites
and "This site does not supply identify information" on non-encrypted
HTTP. It appears instantly after I start dragging, thus preventing to
drop bookmark into Bookmarks toolbar.

2) After dragging site icon and dropping to itself, site icon becomes
undraggable.
