That bug was happening when I changed the login default to use kerberor. If my /etc/pam.d common-auth file contents the line: auth sufficient pam_krb5.so and common-password file contents: password sufficient pam_krb5.so and common-session contents: session sufficient pam_krb5.so
the issue will happen. So I changed back the default login to use the ubuntu standard login.
