Hello,

After the previous kernel update my mouse started acting funny, the movement of 
it is clipping and it seems it's turning itself off for a little while every 
now and then. Sometimes it stops responding completely for some time.

I can't boot into the old -19 kernel, system is left hanging in a state
where CTRL-F1 doesn't work.
