Good Morning Chris, thank you for your message - I immagine that you want to close the bug report. After having applied the small modification you recommended, the problem disappeared and I could work. Afterwards, a number of updatings took place and the problem did NOT re-appear. By the way, I inform you about another bug, which I will not submit because I hope to pass over to version 3.0 in a very near future, and only then I will submit this fault if it exists also in 3.0: Bug description mail-merge / prepare copies for email sending / based on an address file expressed in a spreadsheet file .ods, with or without filter setting, GENERATES A NUMBER OF COPIES MUCH HIGHER THAN THE ADRESSES IN THE LIST for a list of 150 entries, the assistant generated about 423 copies. The number changed slightly in different attempts. If using the same with the paper print option, the exact number of copies is prepared. My solution: when starting the send process, I limit saying from:1 to X. Thanks for your attention Winfried -- Winfried & Nicole BOETTCHER 81, av.
