nm-applet isn't present in KDE.

For me, it's a 3945ABG with WPA2 and enterprise security, i. e. TLS with
certificates.Hardware and basic stuff seems ok, if I use wpa_supplicant
directly, I can connect just fine.

Whenever I configure this network through KNetworkManager, the
certificate information is apparently not saved. It doesn't end up in
.kde/share/config/knetworkmanagerrc, and it isn't shown when I re-edit
the connection.

This may be a general problem with saving certificates in KDE4,
Konqueror for instance doesn't remember root certificates I installed
either.
