Shouldn't we redirect this bug to "linux" package?

** Description changed:

I cannot suspend with the rtl8187 module present. It goes as far as the disk
and fan spinning down but then hangs with an empty text screen (blinking caret
in the top left corner). The laptop I'm using is a Toshiba Satellite L40-18W.
After a sudo rmmod rtl8187 suspend and resume work.
+
+ Add:
+ Workaround SUSPEND-MODULES="rtl8187" is problematic (infinite loop, event/0
100% cpu).

** Tags added: kernel laptop suspend
