Public bug reported:
When I try to request CDs, it gives me the error "The number of
requested CDs was not provided.", but there isn't any place where
provide the number of CDs wanted. I think the problem is that right now
the default option is to request just one CD, but the form doesn't
receive any parameter for the number of CDs requested.
