Icon changes don't get detected for some reason (at least with a new desktop as
suggested earlier), name changes get applied (name changes after icon changes
also trigger the icon change to be done).
Very minor issue in my opinion. Should be forwarded to the folderview plasmoid
at http://bugs.kde.org
