Public bug reported:
This one was strange. I just upgraded to 6.06 from 5.10 and there is
something weird happeing in the sound department. The sound volume is
simply too low. The 6.06 maximum volume is now about 60% of what the
5.10 sound volume was. The sound volume values from KMixer are all maxed
out and even then it is barely audible.
