Well, when the error pops out the system has freshly started, but the network 
connection is ok at that time, at least it seems so. I will try  to find if the 
error comes out on temporary network failure, or some timeout on startup 
procedure. I haven't found trace on system registry.
At this time the problem has appeared a couple of times, slightly after an 
annoying screen saver problem.
