Reproducible: Yes
Situation:
I created a very simple document containing
-one line of text
-20 blank lines
-one line of text at bottom of document
-one text box in the middle containing
some text in the box
external border lines that were not invisible, not 0 width
I saved it to the desktop
I closed the document
I opened the document from the desktop
The text box was gone but the rest was visible.
