nm-connection-editor from network-manager-gnome 0.7~~svn20081020t000444-0ubuntu1 STILL does not work for me.
Settings are: TAB: Wireless Security Security: WPA & WPA2 Enterprise Authentication: TLS Identity: (as given by NOC) User Certificate: eduroam.crt CA Certificate: rootcert.crt Private Key: eduroam.key Private Key Password: (as configured for key) I also tried renaming them to .pem, to no avail. I know the settings are correct since I can pass them to wpa_supplicant and it will work. While editing the settings (even after completion), I get these console messages: ** (nm-connection-editor:13164): CRITICAL **: convert_iv: assertion `src != NULL' failed ** (nm-connection-editor:13164): WARNING **: Invalid setting Wireless Security:Invalid wireless security -- [Intrepid] iwl3945 + iwl4965 -- network-manager will not connect to a WPA EAP (Enterprise) network (disassociating by local choice (reason=3) ) https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/272185 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
