Please sync openct (0.6.10-1) from Debian unstable (main).
The Ubuntu changes are:
- add a missing include to string.h -> fixed upstream
- enable setting perms and owner on /var/run/openct in the init script ->
enabled in the Debian package
The package builds clean in a feisty pbuilder.
