I'm missing some files which are required to use SOAP-MTOM functionality. They
are in the 'soapcpp2/import' directory.
The files are: xop.h, xml.h, xmlmime.h, xmime.h
Perhaps all header files in this directory should be included.
I'm also missing the 'typemap.dat' file from the 'soapcpp2' directory.
