Public bug reported:

Firefox already ask for the proxy password for each tab that requires
it, see bug #195698

But also, Firefox should not ask more than once for the proxy password
after an upgrade.

After upgrading from Hardy to Intrepid, behind a proxy with password, it tooks
me 5 minutes and approximately 50 password to re-launch firefox ! This is
unacceptable and clearly make it nearly unusable (as after a few passwords, all
users will think that this is a loop and stop trying without being able to
unblock the situation)

** Affects: firefox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Summary changed:

- Firefox should never ask the proxy password more than once after an upgrade
+ [intrepid] Firefox should never ask the proxy password more than once after
an upgrade
